Should you choose not to accept these Terms and Conditions Agreement, you shall not use the website FSDATES.com and shall not use any of its services.
  2. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to use this website. Your profile may be deleted without warning, if we have reason to believe you are under eighteen (18) years of age.
  3. THIS WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  4. You take full responsibility and risks connected to use of materials, information, advertising, goods and services received by him or her via Internet network, including undesirable materials or materials containing information that is personally offensive to you.
  5. You realise that materials provided by you can be accessible by other users and search engines whose actions FSDATES.com is not responsible.
  6. FSDATES.com do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any member profile or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the FSDATES.com website, our partners or any user of our site or any other person or entity.
  7. You agree not to use FSDATES.com services for any activity conflicting with international legislation.
  8. You agree not to send any money to anyone you meet on the FSDATES.com website.
  9. You agree not to post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
  10. You are not allowed to create more than one account (profile). Use of multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in instant termination of service.
  11. FSDATES.com has the right to decline your profile (or any of its part) without explanation.
  12. You are responsible for all information that he or she puts into a Profile, including texts, photographs, and information that you place at the Site or sends to the Site.
  13. FSDATES.com is not liable for any requests of the third parties that may arise in connection with information placed in the profile of our user.
  14. You understand and acknowledge that FSDATES.com is not responsible for any possible faults in rendering services.
  15. The use of usernames, logins, passwords and/or other entry codes (hereinafter referred to as “login data”) is the sole responsibility of the user. The user is required to maintain the confidentiality and security of the login data. The user is required to immediately inform FSDATES.comof a breach or abuse of login data by using the contact form and also request for a password reset.
  16. Payment. There are 3 account upgrade options: BASIC, PREMIUM and GOLD. The benefits and costs of each are described in the Upgrade page
  17. The paid account has a validity period, depending on the package chosen, between one week and 1 year. After this period, the validity period is not extended, the account will return to the free account status.
  18. Paying by bank card you will be subscribe to the chosen account type, and will be emailed when it expires with the initial period you chose (or with another period in the case of promotions, being described to the user before payments)
  19. The payments made are not refunded, regardless of whether the user deletes his/her account or his /her account is deleted due to violation of the regulation.
  20. It is not allowed to use a card if it does not belong to you. Accounts that are suspected of this will be blocked until the problem is solved.
  21. You consent to FSDATES.com providing you with important notices on the website, mobile apps, or via email.
  22. Alternatively, notice may consist of an email from FSDATES.com to an email address associated with your account. You also agree that FSDATES.com may communicate with you through your FSDATES.com account or through other means including email, mobile number or telephone about your FSDATES.com account or services associated with FSDATES.com.
  23. You acknowledge and agree that we shall have no liability associated with or arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact or other information, including, but not limited to, your failure to receive critical information.
  24. In no event shall FSDATES.com be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Website, including (without limitation) emotional distress, loss of opportunities, loss of data, loss of time spent and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other members you meet through our Website.
  25. You warrant and represent that the information posted in your profile is posted by you and that you are the sole author of your profile. When you enter data that is meant to be viewable to the other members, including but not limited to text, photos, images, drawings or graphics for a profile, a photo description, etc, you grant FSDATES.com an unlimited license to disseminate, use, process, translate or modify this data
  26. The Agreement shall be governed by the United Kingdom law
  27. FSDATES.com can change these conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website shall indicate your acceptance of the new version.
